Week in Review: Latke Throwdown

This week started off with Ms. Nellis’ 9th graders in the library on Monday working on their World Heritage Site projects. At lunchtime, the Glass Knife held their holiday party, better known as the Latke Throwdown. Although there were no latkes this year, there was plenty of other yummies like potstickers, Dutch apple pie, tofu & rice, Christmas cookies, and gulab jamun to eat while Ms. Melinson read the classic Herschel and the Hanukkah Goblins.

On Friday Mr. Crabb’s History classes were in for their weekly Sophomore Project work day and then the Glass Knife had a submissions reading party at lunch.
