For World Food Day, we were delighted to have Chef Martin Hutton (Chef Marty) give a talk in the library during lunch. Chef Marty is the executive chef of Kupros Crafthouse and has cooked his way around the world. He had some amazing stories about his adventures, as well as some great advice for anyone wishing to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
Ms. Melinson also provided a buffet of sorts of snacks from around the world. We had hummus, Bamba, Pocky, chips & salsa, and more!
